Company (as defined in the Terms & Conditions) respects all third-party intellectual property. If you believe that your intellectual property has been used in a way that may constitute infringement, follow the complaint procedure below.

This Intellectual Property Policy (IP Policy) exists to help individuals and organizations protect their rights and to ensure that infringing or unlicensed items can be identified and removed from the Platform. The policy complies with applicable Indian laws.

1. Intellectual Property

For the purpose of this Policy, Intellectual Property includes:

  • Trade Marks: Marks capable of being represented graphically and identifying goods or services, including service marks, logos, designs, trade dress, packaging, and combinations of colors, registered or pending under the Trade Marks Act, 1999.
  • Copyrights: Literary, dramatic, musical, or artistic works owned, acquired, or validly licensed per the Copyright Act, 1957.
  • Other IP rights: Trade secrets, proprietary know-how, patentable or non-patentable inventions, discoveries, modifications, adaptations, derivatives, or improvements recognized under Indian law.

2. Eligibility to Report

If you are the owner or valid licensee of any Intellectual Property that appears on the Platform without authorization, or you believe your content has been copied or misused, you may report the infringement to the Company.

3. Reporting Procedure

3.1 Submitting a Notice

IP Owners must email a Notice of Infringement in the format provided in Schedule I to:

3.2 Company’s Review & Action

After receiving the Notice Form, the Company may verify:

  • The completeness and genuineness of the Notice Form.
  • The accuracy of the claims.

Based on its review, the Company may:

  • Delist the infringing products from the Platform.
  • Block the relevant supplier/reseller/vendor/merchant/advertiser from listing items.

4. Indemnity

By submitting a Notice Form, the IP Owner authorizes the Company to share the Notice with involved parties. The IP Owner agrees to indemnify the Company for any claims arising from the submission of the Notice.

5. Incomplete or Frivolous Reporting

  • 5.1 If the Notice Form is incomplete or appears frivolous or fake, the Company may decline action and may report the matter to the concerned party.
  • 5.2 Suppliers/resellers/vendors/merchants/advertisers may file a Counter Claim with documentary proof if they believe the report is frivolous.
  • 5.3 If the Company considers the Counter Claim genuine, it may reactivate the account and listings.
  • 5.4 The Company will rely on documents provided and will not independently verify claims. It is not liable for acts or omissions if reasonable diligence is exercised.
  • 5.5 The Company is not a statutory or judicial body and acts solely based on submitted documents. It will not be liable for actions or omissions in this regard.
