This Cancellation Policy explains how orders placed on GoodsPlane (operated by Spabi Exim (OPC) Private Limited) may be cancelled by customers, suppliers, or by GoodsPlane, and the refund process that follows.

Scope

This Policy applies to orders placed on the GoodsPlane website and mobile app. Capitalized terms refer to definitions in the Platform’s Terms & Conditions where applicable.

Cancellation by the User

When: A User may cancel an order after placing it and before the supplier has dispatched the product.

How: Go to My Orders in your Profile, open the order, click Cancel Order, and select a cancellation reason from the options provided.

Common reasons:

  • Order was placed for testing
  • Duplicate orders for the same product
  • Delivery date not acceptable
  • Need to change shipping or billing address
  • Changed mind
  • Change in payment mode or contract details
  • Want a different size or color
  • Any other reason

Cancellation by the Supplier

When: The supplier may cancel an order within one day after the scheduled dispatch date.

Typical reasons:

  • Product no longer available with the supplier
  • Product out of stock
  • Supplier unable to dispatch in time

Cancellation by GoodsPlane

When: GoodsPlane may cancel an order at any time from placement until delivery.

Possible reasons include:

  • Delivery address is not serviceable
  • Delivery attempts unsuccessful and product returned to seller
  • Product lost in transit
  • Payment not confirmed for online payments
  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping/billing address
  • Dispatch prevented by regulatory lockdowns or restrictions
  • System auto-cancellation due to high risk of return
  • Supplier failing to meet platform business practice standards
  • No user confirmation on delivery
  • Cash on delivery not available for the chosen product
  • Other operational reasons at GoodsPlane’s discretion

Refunds

How you get refunded: If you paid before cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment source (bank account, UPI, card, wallet, or platform balance) after required processing and any applicable deductions.

Vouchers & promotions: Any discount vouchers or promotional offers used on a cancelled order will be forfeited and not reinstated.

  • GoodsPlane may amend, change, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing the Policy periodically.
